Both white and brown varieties exist. This breed is also known as 'Swan Goose'. The Asian wild Swan Goose (Anser cygnoides) which is the origin of the domestic Chinese Goose, which lacks the large knob at the bill and is capable of sustained flight. The Brown Chinese retains the same color as its wild ancestor.
